The CSLA- AAPC Presidents Award is the honour the President of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects may bestow upon a CSLA member for outstanding contribution to the profession.  In 2009 the CSLA awarded its President's Award to two individuals for the excellence of their work and their service to the landscape architecture profession. Cathy Sears recognized Gérald Lajeunesse and Ronald Middleton for their commitment and dedication to landscape architecture in Canada.
